• What Motivated You to Begin a Travel and Health Blog?
I was inspired to start a health and travel blog because I love to travel and I love to eat healthy. I wanted to share my experiences with others and inspire them to travel more and eat healthier.
I have been traveling for over 20 years, but my first real trip was just this past year. It changed everything for me as far as how I see the world around me, it opened my eyes up so much that now every time someone asks me where they should go next or what kind of food is good there (or if there’s anything else worth checking out), all these questions start coming up in my mind – where did you go? How did your trip go? Did you do anything cool or different?
So now that we’ve established what inspired me, let’s get into why this blog exists.

- The Farm on Granville Island – A great place to get fresh produce, including organic fruits and veggies. They also have a delicious bakery where they make their own bread.
- Whole Foods Market – If you’re looking for quality meat, fish and poultry then this is the place to go. They sell organic chicken breast which is about half what it costs at other grocery stores around town (I’m sure there’s another store that sells organic chicken breast too). I always buy my groceries from here because they have such high-quality items at low prices compared with other retail outlets where I live like Walmart or Costco etc.

The best way to get glowing skin is to drink lots of water, eat healthy and exercise regularly. Your skin will become more prominent if you are not getting enough sleep. A healthy lifestyle includes getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Get out and have fun. It’s important to find balance in life because too much work can make you stressed out or over time cause health problems such as high blood pressure or diabetes (source). Living a healthy lifestyle requires being physically active. Try walking for 10 minutes every day for 30 days with your friends if possible, take the stairs instead of elevators whenever possible, go hiking on weekends instead of watching TV all weekend long…etc
